Production lead time for a new folding carton order is 15 to 20 days from approved artwork and a signed off proof, and 8 days for a repeat order. Shipping time is additional and depends on destination. Freight, export documentation, import duty and delivery to your door are inside the quoted price.

Why a reorder takes 8 days
A first order spends its time on setup: the cutting die is made, plates are made from the signed off proof, and the press is brought to the approved shade card. None of that is repeated. The die, the plates and the press settings are stored against the part number, so a reorder starts at the press.
That is also why a program is worth planning as one. Every SKU approved in the first order becomes an 8 day reorder, and a multi-SKU program built from one structural family shares its tooling where the sizes allow.
What the landed price covers
One number on the quote, and it is the number on the invoice.
Freight
Booked by us from the plant to your address. The route and the mode are set on the quote for your delivery date.
Export documents
Invoice, packing list and packing detail by master case, prepared here and sent with the shipment.
Duty and delivery
Import duty and final delivery are inside the quoted price. The order is delivered to the address you gave us.
Post delivery check
After the order lands we confirm it arrived as it left: counts against the packing detail, and condition against the test report that traveled with it.
