BEAUTY AND PERSONAL CARE
Cosmetic Packaging, Manufactured for US and Global Brands
Eastface Packaging manufactures folding cartons for cosmetics and personal care products: makeup, skincare, soap, hair care, bath, and grooming lines. Cartons are printed on a six-color UV press, checked in an in-house quality lab, and delivered to US and global brands at landed pricing 20 to 30 percent below US supplier quotes.

Beauty lines run as one dieline family on one color standard, so every SKU on the wall reads as the same brand.
Your quote arrives landed. Duty and shipping are included, so the number you compare is the number you pay.

Makeup packaging
Makeup packaging runs smaller and tighter than most carton work: compacts, palettes, lipsticks, mascaras, and liners all sit in small-footprint cartons where registration error reads at arm’s length. Custom makeup packaging holds a shade name legible in 6 point type and a brand color steady across a 40-SKU wall.
Print: Six colors UV, with density control on press.
Single components: Custom makeup boxes run as straight tuck and reverse tuck cartons.
Palettes and sets: Sleeves, drawer-style cartons, and tuck formats with platform inserts.
Multipacks: Makeup packaging boxes for multipacks follow the same constructions at count.

The ingredient panel, printed right
US cosmetic labeling is governed by the FDA under the FD&C Act and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act, and the carton is a labeling surface. What that means on press:
Ingredients: 21 CFR 701.3 sets descending order of predominance in INCI names. Long lists push type toward minimum sizes, and density is instrument-checked on press here.
Net contents: 21 CFR 701.13 places net contents in the bottom area of the principal display panel. The dieline reserves the zone before art starts.
MoCRA: Labels carry contact information for adverse event reporting. Panel space for the contact line is planned, not squeezed.
Warnings and lot: Product-class and Prop 65 warnings get reserved space and contrast, and lot codes are applied as per your requirement.
Labeling compliance belongs to the brand and its regulatory counsel. Eastface prints your approved artwork to specification and holds the print variables that keep it legible.

Personal care, read as one brand.
Personal care packaging for bath, hair care, grooming, and body care runs as one program. Beauty product packaging here shares one dieline family and one color standard, and every variant is retrieved by part number at reorder.

Boards, finishes, and prestige lines
Packaging for cosmetics starts with board selection. SBS carries the brightest white base for color-critical work, FBB puts a bright print surface over a lighter core, and kraft-back puts a natural brown interior behind the printed face. All board grades are stocked, including kraft-back.
Sustainable: Sustainable cosmetic packaging is a materials decision: paperboard is widely recyclable in US curbside streams and FSC compliant. Eco friendly cosmetic packaging resolves to board grade, coating, and ink coverage, quoted side by side.
Prestige: Luxury cosmetic packaging runs on hot foil, embossing, soft touch lamination, spot UV, and MetPET board. Health and beauty packaging at the prestige end pairs one hero finish with restraint elsewhere.
Tray and sleeve: A tray and sleeve gives rigid box presence at flat pack economics, and it ships flat.
Perfume cartons carry their own page under the Fragrance industry. Brand protection for high-diversion SKUs is on the anti-counterfeiting page.

Standards, quality control, and documentation
Eastface operates as a cosmetic packaging manufacturer inside a plant certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 that operates to BRCGS and SEDEX, with FSC compliant paper sourcing.
Lab: Ink density control on press (PDC-SG), rub resistance and carton formation testing, and a climate-controlled hall that keeps board stable from print through die cutting.
Documentation: Every shipment can carry a Certificate of Conformance against your specification.
Proofing: Color is approved against a shade card standard before production, and reorders are checked against the same standard.
Pack size reference
Primary packaging is the jar, tube, bottle, or pump your filler supplies. Secondary packaging is the printed carton around it. Eastface manufactures the carton, built to fit every one of those primary formats. Dielines are engineered per project and supplied with your quote; structural design support is included, not sold.

Cosmetic packaging questions
Landed pricing at Eastface runs 20 to 30 percent below US supplier quotes for comparable folding cartons, with duty and shipping included. The way to test that claim is a quote against your current specification, not a price table.
Ask any printer for four things: physical samples on your board grade, the color standard they proof against, the tests their lab runs on finished cartons, and the documentation that ships with each lot. Eastface answers with printed samples, shade card proofing, rub resistance and carton formation testing, and a Certificate of Conformance per shipment.
No. Those are primary packaging and come from your component supplier or filler. Eastface manufactures the printed folding carton around them, engineered to the primary pack’s exact dimensions.
No. Contract packagers fill product. Eastface is the printer: cartons ship flat to you, your filler, or your co-packer, ready for hand or machine erection.
Yes, that is the operating model. Programs run multi-SKU on one color standard and one dieline family, and every variant is retrievable by part number at reorder.
Eastface is set up as a volume operation, and the economics favor brands consolidating real quantities across SKUs. If you are comparing against short-run digital printing for a first micro-batch, we are usually not the right fit yet; the crossover comes with your first full production run.
Paperboard cartons are widely recyclable in US curbside streams. Sourcing is FSC compliant. Board grade, coating, and ink coverage are the three levers that change a carton’s footprint, and all three can be quoted as variants.
Skincare leans on reverse tuck cartons and crash lock bottoms for jars; makeup leans on straight tuck cartons, sleeves, and drawer formats for palettes. The structure pages carry construction detail, and the quote includes a structural recommendation.
Yes. Cosmetic sample packaging runs as its own SKU inside a program, on the same press and QC as retail cartons, so discovery sets, minis, and gift-with-purchase cartons match the shelf product.
The plant is certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 and operates to BRCGS and SEDEX, with FSC compliant paper sourcing. Standard-by-standard documentation is available on request.
