Privacy notice
Last updated September 27, 2026
This notice covers personal information collected through eastfacepackaging.com. The website is operated by Sahitya Mudranalaya Pvt Ltd, trading as Eastface Packaging, of 172 Devraj Industrial Park, Piplaj, Ahmedabad 382405, India.
01What we collect
Quote requests. Your name, company, email address and phone number, the delivery country and state, and the details of the cartons you want quoted: category, quantity, dimensions, board, finishes, security features, notes and any artwork or dieline file you attach.
Contact messages. Your name, company, email address, phone number, the subject and your message.
Swatch requests. Your name, company, email address, phone number, the shipping address and country, the swatches and Pantone references you ask for, notes and any artwork you attach.
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies, and the website stores nothing in your browser.
02Country lookup
When the quote form loads, your browser asks geojs.io, or ipapi.co if the first does not answer, for the country and region of your IP address. The answer pre-fills the dialling code and delivery country on the form, and you can change both. Your IP address reaches that service as part of the request. We do not store the result.
03How we use it
To prepare the quote you asked for, answer your message, send the swatches you requested, and follow up on the same inquiry. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
04Your artwork and specifications
Artwork, dielines, specifications and product details sent to us are used only to quote and produce your order. They are not shared outside the people and suppliers working on that order, and they are not used for anyone else’s work or shown as a sample without your written permission.
05Services we link to
Booking a meeting or a factory tour opens Calendly, messaging the plant opens WhatsApp, and the email link opens Gmail in your browser. Each of those services handles what you give it under its own privacy policy.
06How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to answer them and to support any order that follows, and for any period the law requires for business records.
07Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, by writing to info@eastfacepackaging.com.
